Terms of Service

By accessing or using HindaAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

HindaAI provides a data-driven property intelligence platform in Estonia. We offer statistical estimates, insights, and analysis for homeowners and real estate professionals.

Note: HindaAI is not a licensed real estate appraisal agency. Our valuations are statistical estimates for informational and educational purposes only.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription when paid plans are enabled.
• Payment processing, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout before any paid subscription starts.
• We may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe for paid features, but production checkout is only binding when enabled in the product.
• Fees, if any, are refundable only where required by law or where a specific refund policy is presented at purchase.

HindaAI property valuations are statistical estimates generated by data-driven valuation methods. They combine available public, registry, market, and property-context data with algorithmic scoring and weighting logic. These valuations:

• Do not constitute a legal or official appraisal.
• Should not be the sole basis for financial decisions.
• May vary from the actual final transaction price.
• Are subject to the quality and availability of public and market data.

Users are encouraged to consult with certified appraisers for formal valuation needs pertaining to transactions.

The Platform utilizes public, open, and licensed data from Estonian and European sources, including government registries such as Maa-amet, EHR, Statistics Estonia, and other source providers identified in our methodology or attribution materials. We do our best to process this data correctly, but we are not responsible for inaccuracies in the original source data.

HindaAI does not claim ownership of underlying public or third-party source data. Source data remains subject to the original provider licenses and terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to scrape or harvest data from the Platform using automated bots or abusive access patterns.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the Platform.
• Use HindaAI-generated reports, scores, interfaces, or derived datasets to build a competing product or service.

All Platform software, design, algorithms, calculated scores, and HindaAI-generated content are the property of HindaAI or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This does not limit rights that may exist in the original public or third-party source data under its own license.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HindaAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services.

• If paid subscriptions are enabled, cancellation options will be available in account settings or through the payment flow presented at purchase.
• Any renewal, cancellation, or access-end date will be shown before purchase and in your account where applicable.
• HindaAI does not offer a general money-back guarantee unless one is expressly shown at purchase. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.
